Kevin Collins, President of KMC Coaching and Consulting, Inc.

Kevin Collinshas a 20+ year record of success and achievement in entrepreneurial software, hardware and consulting sales and business development. KMC Coaching and Consulting leverages that experience to deliver individual, group and organizational results. An excellent sales strategist, coach and mentor, Kevin Collins has recruited and built high performance sales teams and consulting organizations. He has done this by focusing on developing key skills that allow individuals and organizations to adapt to change and seize growth opportunities.

 

Kevin held the roles of Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Business Development at CA from 2002 to 2005. From 1996-2002 he was the General Manager for Rational Software and started their NYC Metro operations with a staff of three. By 2002 the business had grown to $50 million in annual revenues with a staff of 50 software engineers, consultants and sales people.

 

Kevin received his BA from Stony Brook University. He is a graduate of the Resource Associates Coaching Academy, Strategic Coach Program and is a certified Facilitator and Kolbe Consultant. Kevin is also an active Sensei (instructor) and Third Degree Black Belt in Tai-Zen Jiu-Jitsu and has studied Martial arts for 25 years.

Robyn Rickenbach

Robyn Rickenbach Robyn Rickenbach is the President of Springboard International Inc. She is an innovative, strategic thinker with proven success in executing critical business objectives, making teams successful and facilitating collaborative decision making and planning. She has an intense focus on human capital improvement, learning and performance, and organizational development areas, with 20 years experience in a variety of market sectors and verticals.

 

Robyn graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A.degree and also holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University. She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the D.C.-area Women in Technology (WIT) organization. Robyn is also a Certified Business Coach (CBC).

 

Robyn spent almost 15 years in the education sector, as both the Director of Admissions and the President of several career colleges, and in that time also headed self-study teams and implemented new academic programs. She then moved into the corporate world of training and development and helped organizations such as DHL, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, and the National Association of College and University Business Officers create and deliver engaging blended learning programs for their audiences. Throughout her career, Robyn's focus has been on developing individuals, teams, and business initiatives to their full potential and executing on critical business goals.

 

In her spare time, Robyn is committed to giving back to the community. Her most recent service includes:

 

  • Volunteer, Alternative House for Teens, 2010-present
  • Co-Chair, 2007 Heroes for the American Red Cross campaign (National Capital Area)
  • Chantilly High School Advisory Board for Student Services (2004-present)
  • Co-Chair, 2006-2008 Lake Anne Elementary Directory Committee
  • Women in Technology Mentor-Protege Program, 2007
  • Completed 60 mile Susan G. Koman Walk for Breast Cancer, 2006

Stephen R. Yelen

Stephen R. Yelen Steve's background includes over 30 years as a leader and manager in organizations including AT& T, NYNEX, and Federated Department Stores. He has held senior positions in human resources, sales, marketing, business development, operations, logistics and regulatory. Steve's corporate work emphasized the driving of quantum change by transforming organizational culture; bringing strategy, structure and culture into alignment.

 

Steve launched his consulting career in 1997, founding SRY Consult Inc., a firm focusing on organizational effectiveness. He is a certified facilitator and coach, and delights in helping individuals and organizations move into new thinking and emotional space, to experience previously unrealized levels of results and fulfillment. Steve has worked extensively with organizations going through or needing to go through major change and has frequently played the role of key advisor to leaders throughout North America and Europe. Among the organizations that Steve has worked with are: Cable and Wireless, Atlantic Energy, Bell Atlantic, Film Video Arts, The American Bible Society, Delmarva Power and Light, Perlson, Touhy & Co., Spectrotel, CA Technologies, Fortis Insurance, Bethlehem Steel, Verizon and RW Roge Inc.

 

Both the facilitation and coaching processes Steve employs are specifically tailored to unique client needs. He works in a non-didactic collegial way, leveraging the values and talents of the client as sharing the specific skills and tools that Steve has acquired.

 

Steve received a BA from Allegheny College and has studied at Columbia University and Boston University, and has lectured at Yale University, State University at Stony Brook and Hofstra University.
